Our hotel members receive one membership discount cards entitling them to 35% discount on Rooms and F&B in all member establishments. Membership Certificates are provided for displaying at the member establishments.

POLICY ADVOCACY

As the authentic voice of the hospitality industry in Pune, PHA actively engages with the government bodies on a multitude of issues and robustly represents the views and collective concerns of members. It maintains liaison on members behalf with different authorities for an easy public relation. 

LEGAL AND STATUTORY COUNSELLING

PHA maintains fair standards of customer service, observes professional ethics and provides to the consumer against unethical operators Legal Counselling and also renders advisory assistance in legal and tax matters.

Members facing issues with GST, Music Licensing Companies, Excise etc, PHA provides them guidance for suitable replies and plan of action against notices received by them.me

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The AGM of PHA is among the most eagerly anticipated and widely attended events. It serves as a platform for all key stakeholders to interact and meet with each other.

SEMINARS

In partnership with other eminent organisations and agencies, PHA regularly conducts seminars, conferences and workshops, on a wide range of technical and topical issues of interest to our members with the industry experts, which inculcates exchanges of ideas and information. On an average, PHA organises 5 to 7 seminars every year. Members get access to these seminars and trainings at discounted rates. 

EVENTS 

PHA Organises a multitude of Social and Fun events during the year, some of which are Blood Donation Drive, PHA Premier League, Xmas Ball, Yumm Fest etc. All these events are attended with maximum member participation.

The PHA website www.phapune.in, is a comprehensive portal which gives our members access to details of the member establishments, latest industry news, event updates etc.

Membership Criterion

The membership in this category is open to all hotels/hotel projects in Pune that are recognized/classified by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The subscription fee structure is stated on the form. Government taxes payable as applicable at time of application.
